With the rapid development of AI in the field of smartphones, many manufacturers have also made it a major selling point for new models.

However, according to the latest survey by technology media CNET, American users are more concerned about battery life rather than AI functionality when upgrading their phones.

According to the survey, 61% of respondents believe that longer battery life is their top reason for upgrading their phone, followed closely by larger storage space (46%) and better camera functionality (38%).

In contrast, the attractiveness of AI features is clearly insufficient, with only 18% of users stating that they would choose to upgrade their phones due to AI integration.

In addition, with the continuous rise in flagship phone prices, 44% of respondents stated that they would only purchase a new phone if it was damaged or needed to be replaced, indicating that price is also an important factor affecting users' upgrade decisions.
